Futurology robots are demonstrating their effectiveness at industrial scale in the United States. One example of practical technology application is the pilot operation project of the MT1 industrial cleaning robot at the production site of Orange Pavers — a leading supplier of products for residential and commercial outdoor spaces. Over the course of a week, under full operational conditions, the company conducted performance assessments and efficiency calculations for the robot to develop comprehensive analytics for the next stage of solution adaptation.

The pilot program combined the assessment of several key parameters: the efficiency of collecting dust of various particle sizes, the ability to detect and automatically remove large objects, the precision of navigation in areas with changing obstacles and dynamic personnel movement. Particular attention was given to how the MT1 adapts to different work scenarios during a shift and how consistently it maintains cleaning quality over an extended operating cycle.

The test results demonstrated the robot’s effective performance in industrial conditions, reducing risks for personnel on site and confirming the feasibility of integrating such solutions into daily operations. According to the testing outcomes, deploying the robot made it possible to save approximately 63–84 hours per month of non-core labor time for three employees responsible for cleaning (equivalent to 3–4 hours per work shift).

“The MT1 testing in partnership with Orange Pavers is practical proof that Futurology’s systemic solutions can be integrated into complex business processes without the need for a complete overhaul of existing infrastructure. This case is not only about automating individual operations but also about moving toward systemic management of risks, productivity, and workplace safety,” said Valerii Iakovenko, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Futurology.

The testing confirmed the technical effectiveness of the solution under real production workloads. Based on the collected data, the Futurology team has begun refining the technical specifications and updating the algorithms, which will make it possible to adapt the system’s parameters to the partner’s specific business processes and prepare the platform for scaling and integration into regular operations.

The pilot deployment of the MT1 at Orange Pavers demonstrates that adopting autonomous robotics is not only about resource optimization and cost reduction — it is, above all, a systemic shift toward new principles of managing industrial facilities, where autonomous platforms become part of sustainable operational practices.

Futurology expresses gratitude to the Orange Pavers team for their partnership and for jointly creating innovative standards for operating robotic systems in industrial environments.
