Refund/Return policy
General Return Eligibility
Most items can be returned within 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, unchanged and in it`s original factory packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and protective materials. Proof of purchase is required.
An item is considered used and is not eligible for return if any of the following apply:
- The product has been removed from factory packaging
- The product has been powered on and/or activated
- Software of the product was modified, updated, binded to a user account
- The product shows damage, including cosmetic damage
- Any seals, void stickers, labels, or protective packaging have been removed, broken, or changed
Damages and Issues
For defective items, we will ship replacement parts or provide a prepaid return label for a full replacement.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@futurology.tech so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For freight or LTL deliveries, customers are responsible for inspecting the shipment at delivery and notifying of any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt prior to acceptance. Failure to note damage at delivery, means that you received your item in new condition with not any visual damages
Once an item has shipped (has left the warehouse) may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% or may not be eligible for return.
If a cancellation or return request is received before shipment, a full refund will be issued with no restocking fee. Refunds will occur within up to 72 hours and take up to 10 business days to reflect on payment statements, depending on the way of the initial transaction and refund performed
Specific Cases and Exceptions:
- Non-cancellable: made-to-order products, bulk orders
- Non-returnable: refurbished products, open box products and thermal imaging cameras and drones, activated or binded products (including robotic equipment)

Order cancelation policy
If you want to cancel an order, please send an email to info@futurology.tech with your order number and the reason for cancellation. If we are able to cancel the order before it ships, you will be refunded.
Return: Email info@futurology.tech with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos and/or videos of the issue (if any)
- Product serial number
The company has a right to cancel orders received, possible Reasons for Cancellation:
- Inaccuracies or errors in product information, pricing, or availability.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity or unauthorized payment methods.
- Violation of our terms and conditions.
- Any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
In the event of a cancellation, the customer will be notified promptly via email or phone, and any charges applied to the order will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
This policy is in place to ensure the integrity of our platform and to protect both our customers and our business from potential risks.
Important Notes:
- We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by the cancellation of an order.
- Once an order is canceled, it cannot be reinstated, but customers are welcome to place a new order if the product is still available.

Warranty Assistance
Futurology does not provide its own warranty, but we assist customers in facilitating manufacturer warranty claims where applicable. Warranty coverage, approval, and outcomes are determined solely by the manufacturer.
We can help collect information, coordinate communication, and support the process, but manufacturer warranty terms do not cover Futurology labor, expedited service, shipping, or diagnostics.
In cases where a warranty ticket has been opened with the manufacturer in advance, and with the manufacturer’s approval, Futurology may perform warranty repairs locally; however, such work will only be carried out if it is explicitly initiated and authorized by the manufacturer.
