First 15+ XAG Technicians Certified in the U.S. Following XAG Academy Training

More than 15 new XAG technicians in the United States have been trained and certified following the first official training program conducted at the XAG Academy training center. In cooperation with The Pilot Mind Drone Academy Futurology, through its agricultural division Agrifuture, is expanding its network of technical specialists who will strengthen service and technical support for XAG agricultural drone users across the northeastern United States.

The newly certified specialists represent key states in the region — Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York — and will operate both within partner service networks and on the dealer side, supporting commercial agricultural operations that rely on XAG drone solutions. This expansion represents a systematic increase in local technical presence, which is a critical prerequisite for scaling agricultural drone technologies in the U.S.

A significant role in the training and certification of technical specialists was played by Dr. John Duesler, founder of The Pilot Mind Drone Academy and an active contributor to the development of the professional unmanned systems ecosystem in Pennsylvania. His expertise in operator training, certification program development, and technical workforce preparation, together with the involvement of the Pennsylvania Drone Association, ensured that the training was embedded within the regional professional context and aligned with the real needs of the agricultural sector and the unmanned systems market in the northeastern United States.

The technical training program covered a full range of competencies required for operating agricultural drones in real-world conditions. The curriculum included service and maintenance procedures, diagnostics, flight log analysis, incident review, after-sales processes, and standardized user support workflows. This approach enables not only rapid response to technical issues, but also a transition toward a preventive, data-driven service model.

The expansion of the certified technical specialist pool represents the first tangible outcome of the XAG Academy training center in the United States, established on the basis of Futurology (Agrifuture) in partnership with The Pilot Mind Drone Academy. The center focuses on operator training, dealer certification, and the development of technical expertise required for the sustainable adoption of agricultural drone technologies in U.S. agriculture, increased efficiency of farming operations, and the formation of a locally rooted service infrastructure.

The results of the first XAG training program conducted at the new training center confirm that systematic workforce development is the foundation of a viable agricultural drone ecosystem. The development of a local network of certified technical specialists directly determines the quality of user support, operational stability, and the readiness of agricultural drone technologies for scalable and predictable deployment at the regional level.
