The Right Part Keeps the Moment Going
- Rubber tracks and wheel sets for EBO Air, EBO SE, and ROLA Mini restore smooth movement in minutes — no tools, no service center, just swap and go.
- Charging docks for EBO Air, EBO SE, and ROLA PetPal — plus a magnetic cable for ROLA Mini — keep your robot powered and ready before your pet even notices it was gone.
- Not sure which part fits your robot? Tell us your model and what you need — we'll point you straight to the right accessory.
Why replace your accessories?
Enabot robots are built to run every day — and daily use takes a toll on moving parts. Rubber tracks flatten and lose grip. Wheel sets wear down on hard floors. Charging contacts get dirty or damaged. Play attachments like feathers and teasers get torn apart by enthusiastic pets. Replacing these parts on time keeps your robot performing the way it did on day one — smooth movement, reliable charging, and an engaged pet.
FAQ
How do I know which tracks or wheel set fits my robot?
Each product is labelled by model — tracks and wheel sets are not interchangeable between platforms, even though they may look similar:
- EBO Air: has its own Rubber Track and Wheel Set designed for its specific chassis width and drive system
- EBO SE: uses different track and wheel dimensions than EBO Air, even though both are rolling camera robots
- ROLA Mini: the most compact of the three — its track and wheel set are the smallest and will not fit either EBO model
Always check your robot's exact model name before ordering. If you're not sure which model you own, check the bottom of the robot or the original packaging. Still unsure — contact us and we'll confirm the right part.
How often should rubber tracks be replaced?
There's no fixed schedule — it depends on how much your robot moves and what surface it operates on:
- Hard floors (tile, hardwood, laminate): these are the most demanding surfaces and will wear tracks down faster — inspect every 3–4 months if your robot runs daily
- Carpet and soft surfaces: significantly less wear — tracks can last 6 months or longer with regular use
- Mixed surfaces: if your robot moves between rooms with different floor types, lean toward the shorter replacement window
Signs it's time to replace: the robot starts slipping when turning, moves unevenly or pulls to one side, loses grip when climbing small thresholds, or the track surface looks visibly flattened or cracked.
Is the Charging Dock the same for EBO Air and EBO SE?
Yes — this is one of the few accessories shared between two different Enabot models:
- EBO Air + EBO SE: both use the same EBO Air/SE Charging Dock — one dock works for either robot, so if you own both you only need one
- ROLA Mini: does not use a dock at all — it charges via a Magnetic Charging Cable that connects directly to the robot
- ROLA PetPal: has its own dedicated Charging Dock that is not compatible with EBO models
If you're replacing a lost or damaged charging solution, make sure you're ordering for the right platform — the docks look different and use different connectors.
Do Interactive Toys and Treat Dispenser work without ROLA PetPal?
No — these accessories are designed as extensions of the ROLA PetPal robot, not as standalone products:
- Interactive Toys: physically connect to the ROLA PetPal and are activated through the robot's movement and app control — they cannot operate independently
- Treat Dispenser: attaches directly to ROLA PetPal and is controlled via the Enabot app, including scheduling and remote triggering — it requires the robot to function
- Smart Water Fountain: the exception — it operates completely independently from ROLA PetPal and can be used on its own as a standalone pet hydration station, with its own app connectivity
If you're buying the Treat Dispenser or Interactive Toys, make sure you already own a ROLA PetPal robot first.
How often should I replace the Water Fountain filter?
The filter is the key component that keeps your pet's water clean, and it does degrade over time as it absorbs particles, hair, and minerals:
- Standard usage (one pet, normal water quality): replace every 2–4 weeks
- Multiple pets or heavy use: the filter clogs faster — replace every 1–2 weeks
- Hard water areas: mineral buildup accelerates filter degradation — check more frequently and replace as soon as flow slows
Signs it needs replacing: water flow from the fountain becomes noticeably slower, you see visible discoloration or buildup on the filter material, or the water starts to smell or taste different to your pet — you may notice your pet drinking less.
The Water Fountain Filter Set is available individually or as a double pack — if your pet drinks a lot or you have multiple animals, the x2 pack is the better value.
Can I use ROLA Mini accessories on ROLA PetPal?
No — ROLA Mini and ROLA PetPal are completely different robot platforms with different designs, sizes, and functions, and their accessories are not cross-compatible:
- ROLA Mini is a compact rolling camera robot — its accessories focus on mobility (tracks, wheels), charging (magnetic cable), and cat entertainment (teaser set)
- ROLA PetPal is a larger stationary-style pet companion station — its accessories focus on pet care and interaction (treat dispenser, water fountain, interactive toys) and charging (dock)
- The physical connectors, sizes, and attachment points are different between the two — even accessories that serve a similar purpose (like charging) use completely different mechanisms
If you're unsure which robot you own, check the model name on the device or its original box before placing an order.
