The Ukrainian Pavilion at CES 2025 is a joint initiative by leading technology companies DroneUA and Mosqitter, bringing together some of Ukraine's most innovative businesses to showcase advanced technologies at the world's largest consumer electronics exhibition, the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), held in Las Vegas, USA, from January 7–10, 2025.
The initiative was supported by the Consulate General of Ukraine in San Francisco, the Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (UVCA), and the Diia.City United business community.
Under the auspices of Fleet Of Millions, a global initiative promoting Ukraine as a trusted innovation partner and providing access to one of the world's largest robotics ecosystems, the pavilion united companies including DroneUA, Mosqitter, FarmFleet, SkyFall, HOWCOW, LUAZ Care, SoftEngi, BlueBird, Ecofactor, and Futurology.
Together they presented cutting-edge developments in unmanned aerial systems, robotics, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, sustainable energy, and technologies that improve quality of life.
Ukraine's participation with its own independent pavilion demonstrated that Ukrainian technologies are competitive, globally relevant, and ready to stand alongside leading international innovators.
History of the Ukrainian Pavilion
The history of the Ukrainian Pavilion began in 2024 with DroneUA's vision of creating a comprehensive representation of Ukraine's technology ecosystem on the international stage. This vision became part of the global Fleet Of Millions initiative.
Together with Mosqitter, DroneUA established the first independent Ukrainian pavilion at CES, bringing together companies ranging from promising startups to internationally recognized technology businesses.
From 2020 through 2024, Ukraine had been represented at CES primarily within the startup zone, supported by donor programs and international initiatives.
In 2025, however, Ukrainian companies participated as full-scale exhibitors within the global pavilion, standing alongside many of the world's leading technology companies.

Fleet Of Millions: Building a Global Robotics Ecosystem
The creation of the global Fleet Of Millions initiative became the foundation for Ukraine's stronger representation among the world's leading technology companies.
The initiative serves as a unique launch platform for innovators in unmanned systems and robotics, providing access to one of the world's largest robotics ecosystems. It brings together manufacturers of drone and robotic solutions, component suppliers, engineering teams, and companies specializing in industrial applications of autonomous technologies.
Fleet Of Millions actively promotes Ukrainian innovations internationally, helping domestic companies expand into new markets, establish manufacturing partnerships abroad, and integrate Ukrainian technologies into global supply chains.
The initiative also plays an important role in strengthening long-term technology partnerships between Ukraine and the United States while supporting the development of innovation hubs, educational programs, and robotics training centers.
By continuously attracting new partners and expanding its international network, Fleet Of Millions contributes to strengthening Ukraine's position as one of the world's leading centers for robotics and unmanned technologies.

The Ukrainian Pavilion brought together companies representing some of the country's most advanced engineering and technology sectors.

- Mosqitter — a women-owned technology company developing environmentally friendly mosquito control solutions that reduce the use of harmful chemicals while protecting people and ecosystems.
- FarmFleet — a digital platform designed to optimize business operations for drone service providers and agricultural enterprises.
- SkyFall — a Ukrainian developer of advanced unmanned aerial systems designed to solve complex industrial and engineering challenges.

Achievements of the Ukrainian Pavilion
Day One: Official Opening
The first day of CES 2025 marked the official opening of the Ukrainian Pavilion.
The ceremony was attended by Gary Shapiro, President and CEO of the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) and producer of CES.
During the opening, Gary Shapiro expressed his support for Ukrainian innovation and presented the Ukrainian delegation with a copy of his book Pivot or Die. In return, the delegation presented him with Ukrainian Faces of War, a photographic collection documenting the lives of Ukrainians during the war.
The opening ceremony was also attended by Dmytro Kushneruk, Consul General of Ukraine in San Francisco, who emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation between the Ukrainian and U.S. technology ecosystems while supporting the international expansion of Ukrainian companies.
Day Two: International Media Attention
The second day of CES was marked by active engagement with international media. Journalists, industry analysts, and technology publications visited the Ukrainian Pavilion to learn more about the country's engineering expertise and innovative developments.
Particular attention was given to Ukrainian experience in drone technologies, robotics, and their practical implementation in agriculture and infrastructure.
International media showed strong interest in how Ukrainian companies have transformed years of real-world operational experience into scalable technological solutions suitable for global markets.
Thanks to more than a decade of rapid drone industry development, Ukraine has become one of the world's leading countries in industrial drone implementation, particularly within precision agriculture, where domestic companies have developed unique approaches to integrating autonomous technologies throughout the production cycle.
Day Three: New Partnerships and Global Recognition
The third day became a milestone for the Ukrainian Pavilion, resulting in new business partnerships, investment opportunities, and international agreements that will contribute to the further development of Ukraine's technology sector.
Delegations from around the world continued visiting the pavilion, demonstrating significant interest in Ukrainian engineering solutions, particularly in the fields of drones, robotics, artificial intelligence, AgTech, and energy technologies.
Among the key achievements announced during the third day:
- DroneUA was recognized as one of the six most innovative companies participating at CES 2025 and presented its technologies on the stage of the Japanese Pavilion organized by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), opening new opportunities for cooperation with Japanese and U.S. partners.
- Mosqitter received numerous partnership requests after presenting its environmentally friendly mosquito control technology, which attracted particular attention due to growing concerns about Zika and West Nile virus outbreaks.
- FarmFleet and HOWCOW demonstrated Ukraine's leadership in agricultural technologies, confirming strong international demand for innovative AgTech solutions.
- SoftEngi showcased its Software-as-a-Service platform designed for organizations seeking grant funding, opening new opportunities for cooperation with U.S. accelerators and government programs.
- Ecofactor attracted significant attention with its interactive electric vehicle charging station, becoming one of the pavilion's most visited demonstrations.
- LUAZ Care presented its innovative electric vehicle designed for people with disabilities, offering users fully independent mobility while remaining highly competitive on the global market.
Day Four: Expanding Global Opportunities
The fourth and final day of CES 2025 marked another important milestone for the Ukrainian Pavilion, reinforcing Ukraine's position as a growing player in the global innovation ecosystem.
Throughout the exhibition, participating companies continued building new international partnerships, attracting media attention, and demonstrating that Ukrainian technologies are competitive on the world stage.
One of the highlights of the final day was the participation of BEETLESS, a partner startup of DroneUA and Mosqitter, which represented Ukraine in the Eureka Park startup zone.
During a live broadcast on the CES Broadcasting Network, the team presented its innovative non-chemical pest control technology, designed to help farmers increase crop productivity while reducing environmental impact. The presentation highlighted Ukraine's growing expertise in sustainable agricultural innovation and demonstrated the country's ability to develop globally relevant technologies.
