Reliable PLA Printing

The filament has a diameter of 1.75 mm with a tolerance of ±0.03 mm and comes with a reusable Bambu Lab spool. The material is compatible with Bambu Lab AMS systems, making filament loading, identification, and multi-material workflows more convenient on supported printers.

Bambu Lab recommends a nozzle temperature of 190–230°C and a bed temperature of 35–45°C. The recommended printing speed is below 250 mm/s. Actual settings may vary depending on the printer, nozzle, build plate, model geometry, and printing environment.

A 0.2 mm nozzle is not recommended because particles in the filament may increase the risk of clogging. Select a compatible nozzle and use settings appropriate for the printer and project.

Storage and Preparation

Store the filament in a sealed container with desiccant and keep humidity below 20% RH. If the material absorbs moisture, Bambu Lab recommends drying it at 55°C for eight hours before printing. Proper preparation supports stable extrusion and a consistent surface finish.
